Accommodating up to 9 people with a Queen Bed in the master bedroom, walkin robe en-suite and balcony. Queen bed to the 2nd bedroom with built in wardrobe. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have 2 single beds each (which can be joined to make large queen beds) with walk in robe. All linen is included. There is an upstairs bathroom with a large shower, bath, toilet and vanity. The downstairs family room has a large lounge, smart 3D TV, DVD player. Main lounge area overlooking the sea has large relaxing lounge with coffee tables, gas fireplace, stereo and with access to the front verandah, outdoor table & chairs. Free internet WIFI. The lounge room upstairs also has a sitting chair, lounge, (sofa bed available) and Smart TV, with window views over Proper Bay towards the National Park. Downstairs bathroom off the lounge has a shower, toilet and vanity. It will cater for guests with difficulties using stairs. Wheelchair suitability downstairs throughout the home. Exterior and an interior clotheslines is located in the shed along with clothes dryer, ironing table, beer fridge, fish freezer and mobile BBQ. Rear deck leads into home, wheelchair friendly. There are steps directly from the home down to the waterfront with fish cleaning facilities and a mooring buoy available. Filtered rainwater services this home. Security lights and undercover car parking for 2 vehicles. Room for a boat &/or caravan parking.
