1/ What are the payment requirements for bookings?
Full payment is required if booking online, otherwise, you can call us to make the booking for you. A one-night deposit is required with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
2/ Is linen included?
Most properties provide linen unless stated otherwise.
3/ Where do I pick up the key?
If arriving before 5 pm Monday to Saturday, the key will be available from 2 pm at our office- 1/50 Liverpool Street, Port Lincoln.
Some properties organise keys on site but we will notify you if your booking is one of these properties.
4/ What if I am arriving out of hours?
Please contact us to arrange a key to be placed in the key safe- located outside of our office and an access code.
5/ Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, but it may incur an amendment fee.
6/ What are the check-in & check-out times?
2 pm check-in and 10 am checkout
7/ Do you have pet-friendly accommodation?
Yes- but some restrictions apply
8/ What happens if I need to cancel?
An admin fee of $50 is payable up to 30days before arrival.

9/ Do you charge a booking fee?
Only if paying by credit card- a 2% fee will apply
